William Munkacsy

William Munkacsy, NBSP Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for finance and contracts administration. Prior to joining NBSP Munkacsy was Chief Financial Officer at Lear Sigler Services, Inc where he directed financial reporting, treasury and cash management, budgeting, pricing, financial structuring, contractual policies and claims and DCAA and external audit functions. In this capacity he was responsible for developing a Centralized Purchasing Department that resulted in labor savings and more efficient control of the purchasing process. Additionally, he worked with DFAS to streamline contract payments for invoices containing over 100 ACRNS.

Previously, Munkacsy was Controller and then Vice President of Finance for UNC Aviation Services Inc. where he implemented procedures to bring Aviation Services to a state of DOD compliance. Additionally, he developed projections that resulted in the sale of UNC Aviation division to the Carlyle Group.

Munkacsy has held a series of increasingly responsible financial management positions with Time-Life Books, DynCorp and CAE-Link Corporation before moving to UNC Aviation.

He received his B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
