Rick Gill

Rick Gill, CEO of NBSP, is responsible for all biometric application and consulting services NBSP and its affiliate companies provide to government and commercial clients. He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of marketing, business development, legislative and public affairs strategies to grow market share and generate revenue. Gill has over 25 years of sales & marketing experience with Fortune 50 companies General Electric and JCPenney. In addition to US markets, he has traveled extensively throughout Asia and Europe where he developed business partnerships and supply chains. As a long-time consultant to NBSP, he was instrumental in securing the government funding that helped launch the organization and has directed NBSP's legislative initiatives ever since.

While serving as Director of Government Affairs for J.C. Penney Company, Inc. Gill managed the company's Washington, D.C. office and was responsible for federal, state, and international governmental affairs. Following his long career with JCPenney, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of French & Company, a Washington, DC based Business Consulting and Government Affairs firm; where he served as the Executive Director of the International Biometric Industry Association (IBIA) as well as the Executive Director of the International Electronic Manufacturers and Consumers of America (IEMCA).

Gill received his Bachelor's of Science degree from Lehigh University's College of Business and Economics
